The Farm Stratford

This was an interesting project. We joined the team early in the concept stages and helped to project manage the operational aspects from team structure, product ranges, customer journey and shop design.

This was a new start up and we were on hand to help implement the new epos system, ways of working and we were on the end of the phone when needed.

Starting a shop is very different to adapting an existing one, the new owners had to become experts in their field very quickly and we helped them to make decisions based on our experiences.

We are extremely proud of The Farm and what The Farm Family has achieved in such a short space of time. The shop is less than a year old and it is growing rapidly . They also have concessions within the shop which is an interesting concept

We have helped developed The Farms online offer and hope to develop this further in the coming months.

There are lots of new developments coming to The Farm and we are very excited to be a part of its journey.
