Blacker Hall is an extremely busy and successful farm shop. Our focused remit was to help with efficiencies and savings.
The shop had many fantastic reports and the business information was good. We worked together to automate reports to provide the team with the information they needed to do their job well.
We also looked at the goods in process and how to use The Epos Bureau software better to increase margin and check goods into the business better. We streamlined the stock take process so that instead of taking a few weeks it could be completed within hours.
We also helped by looking into how rotas and budgets were set. This is very important, especially with such high increases in the minimum wage. We implemented deputy to give accurate time and attendance figures.
Michael has attended their monthly strategy meetings and has helped with ideas and concepts.
